The thing here is about programs which pay you a certain amount of money each time when you click the ads on their sites.
This is a great start to make money online,cause it is completely free and does not require any expirience or knowledge, you just need to click on the ads-comercials.

1. Clicking for making your money online. 
You need to make a free account and need to have free time to click the ads :)
The truth is that this is not so great income on the begining cause the ads are paid cca 1 cent per click so you would need a 100clicks to make a Buck($)
But it is a free way to earn money which you can also use for some other opportuneties to earn more and more.
2. Another  way to earn money is to get yourself refferals 
Refferals are people who you bring to the site and who register there through the link you get when you register. Those refferalls will be your moneymakers.
It means that they click to earn for them self but you also get money from that cause you brought them there,
That is pretty fair and if you have more refferals it really helps you to make some pretty cool money with not so much effort.

Like the question that I always set is:  Why they give me free money?
The answer is simple. 
They are adveritsers, that means some people put their ads on their site and pay the owner of ptc for that. The people get traffic to the site and the PTC Programs get their incom at about Let´s say: 5cents per click.
1 cent they give you and one to the man who reffered you. So they paid you but because of you as active clicker and potencial buyer of products in ads they have earned 3 cents for each click.
That is not big amount also for owner of the site but i will just mention that some sites have more than 100 000 clicks per day.
I will let you alone to do the math and see if it is worth for them.
